Yeah, I know I played another of Clapton's songs yesterday, but I really wanted to play another of my favorites today. Obviously the whole comic arc right now has to do with Clapton, but I'm only going to play his songs on some of those days. I know any non-Clapton fans would probably get bored if I did ALL Clapton songs, so I'll change it up most of the time. But for today, we get a song from his amazingly amazing acoustic album, Unplugged. One of the best acoustic blues albums in history, in my opinion. This song techinically first appeared on the same album as "Layla", but Unplugged was one of the first Clapton albums I ever listened to, so this version holds a special place in my heart. The piano player on the album is a man named Chuck Leavell, one of the most awesome and successful blues pianists alive today, who has been a regular band member for the Allman Brothers Band, Eric Clapton, and The Rolling Stones, at different times.
